FLO-WELL Production Systems Incorporated offers a number of services relating to the installation and maintenance of our patented Casing Plunger Lift System.

A few simple processes are set out for a typical installation:

• Study  existing well bore data to determine viable well candidates for our Casing Plunger applications
• Design tool and controller specifications for each unique well bore application
• Assemble all tools and equipment required for the installation
• Initiate well bore preparations – possible swabbing for initial well bore clean up and to obtain current fluid inflow rates and wire line procedure for well bore checks, possible broaching operations, and setting the stop for the plunger tool to land on.
• Install the equipment to the master valve, chamber the tool, and begin cycling and establishing appropriate cycle times for optimization of net gas
• Cycle time “tweaking” and well production monitoring
• Routine Service and Maintenance to maximize gas produced
• Retro-fitting equipment for other wells with the onset of depletion and pressure drops as gas flow diminishes at the end of the life cycle for the well
